North Shore Christian School, founded in 1951, is an interdenominational, evangelical Christian school committed to partnering with parents who desire a challenging foundation for their children. Students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade are nurtured by our credentialed and highly skilled faculty. Academics are rigorous and comprehensive, cultivating the growth of a faith-based, culturally engaged Christian perspective. Through the learning environment, students deepen their understanding of the world around them while they learn to serve God and neighbor, and to find joy and delight in fulfilling their highest callings.

Biblical Perspecitve
The academic courses at NSCS are challenging and stimulating. At the same time they are authentically Christian. Academic courses are infused with a faith rooted in God’s truth. Our classes are taught from a Biblical perspective that acknowledges God as our creator and as the One who upholds all things. Students receive academic instruction in Bible twice weekly. Also, classroom devotions and prayer form an integral part of each student’s day.

Christian Service
Jesus Christ, who took the very nature of a servant, is our example in a world that is focused on materialism and self-indulgence. Christianity must demonstrate itself by following Christ’s example, so we encourage our students to be involved in community service projects in the local area and to serve each other at school through Student Government, leading worship and peer mentoring.

It is our belief that setting and atmosphere play a major role in developing a positive learning environment. North Shore Christian School 3.7 acre Main campus is located in a well-established residential neighborhood in Lynn, near the Peabody town line, minutes from Interstate 95 and Routes 1, 1A and 128. Our Beacon Campus is conveniently located at exit 20A off of Rt. 128.  We are housed in the Second Congregational Church at 35 Conant Street. (Click here for a map).
