Financial Aid
Don't let finances stand in your way. NSCS offers scholarships and need-based financial aid to qualifying families. Requests for assistance should be sent to Smart Tuition Aid, Inc. for Financial Aid at the time of application. To request a financial aid form, please call the admissions office 781-599-2040 ext. 241. The scrip program is another opportunity for participating families to reduce tuition costs while purchasing everyday expense items like food, clothing, and entertainment. Also available to qualifying families are Church Matching Scholarships, Pastor’s Scholarships and a Single Parent Scholarship. Call the NSCS Admissions Office for more details.

Smart Tuition Aid Service
North Shore Christian School has partnered with Smart Tuition Aid to assist in handling our financial aid process for the 2013-2014 school year. Smart Tuition Aid provides a data-driven, supported, objective calculation of how much a family can afford to pay towards the education of their child. Smart’s comprehensive analysis is completely unbiased and identifies precisely what a parent’s financial commitment to private education can and should be. Joining Smart Tuition Aid provides North Shore Christian School the most effective and fair way to allocate financial aid monies.

Smart Tuition Aid offers two ways to submit an application.

• Online applications may be submitted at www.smarttuitionaid.com.
• Paper applications may be obtained from North Shore Christian School.

* Applications are available in English and Spanish.

How to apply online: When choosing to submit your application online, please go to www.smarttuitionaid.com. For new families, you will need to click ‘New Parent Registration.’ From there you will be prompted to enter a valid e-mail address and a password of your choice. It is important your e-mail address is correct, since that is the primary means of communication. Once you are confirmed with a username and password, you will be logged into the online site, where you will start the application process. For assistance in filling out the application you may contact Smart Tuition Aid support by phone at 1-800-360-8027 or by e-mail at support@smarttuitionaid.com.

Tuition Management Service
Families choosing to make monthly payments will do so through a school tuition management service. More information on this program will be given to parents after acceptance to NSCS. The first monthly payment is due in May and the last payment being made in February.

Payment Plans
Parents may choose one of the following payment plans:

Plan A	PAYMENT IN FULL – 3% DISCOUNT
	3% discount is given if 10% deposit is paid by March 29th and the remaining payment of 87% paid by April 15th.
Plan B	TWO SEMI-ANNUAL PAYMENTS
	10% deposit at time of enrollment plus two payments of 45% each, payable by the 15th of May and October.
Plan C	MONTHLY PAYMENTS
	10% at the time of enrollment, plus 10 equal payments of remaining balance, payable to Tuition Management Systems by the 15th of the month, beginning in May and ending in February.
