Education Committee Chair
Board Member since 2019 – Will Schimpf is the Associate Dean of Students and Student Government Advisor at Endicott College. Prior to joining the administration at Endicott, Will was the Coordinator for Residence Education at the University Arkansas (Fayetteville). Will had the privilege of growing up on the campus of Fairfield University and has fond childhood memories of attending orientations, family weekends, and sporting events. During his time at the University of Scranton he discovered his passion for helping students transition to the college environment and hasn’t looked back since.
Will earned his master’s of education degree in curriculum construction from Salisbury University, his MBA in management from Endicott College, and his bachelor’s degree in history and in counseling and human services from the University of Scranton.
Will’s relationship with NSCS began in 2011 when his wife, Brittany, was a 5th- and 6th-grade teacher on the Beverly campus. The Schimpfs are the parents of two young children, and their son, Liam, is a student on the Beverly campus.
“The love that NSCS faculty, staff, and administration pour into their students is awe-inspiring,” Will says. “The second you walk through those doors the deep care and passion for the learning and development of students is palpable. I gratefully serve on the Board because I truly feel that the love our School has for its students is authentic and unique. I have not seen the sense of community and nurturing of students replicated in other educational settings. It is a love that parallels how God loves his people.”
