Part Time Finance Office Associate

North Shore Christian School seeks an individual to work part-time as Finance Office Associate.

Individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Finance Office. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a finance role in a school environment or other not for profit organization.

Candidates for all positions must be able to sign the school’s Statement of Christian Faith and be in agreement with our Mission Statement. Letters of interest and resumes should be submitted by email to

Responsibilities include, (and are not limited to), the following;

  • Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management
  • Maintain and balance the general ledger in QuickBooks
  • Facilitate Financial Aid application process and parent communications
  • Direct oversight of FACTS database systems
  • Manage school vendor relationships, including, but not limited to, FACTS Management Systems, copier contract/maintenance, telecommunication vendors, supply vendors, other equipment vendors, etc.

Other duties as directed by and in support to the Director of Finance and Operations
